Had a great time at Willow Island today! We had 15 adults and 8 kids. Boat ride was fun, fellowship was nice, food was great! Thanks so much for organizing, Jessi & Tanya! Someone said, how many people have summer picnics with their fellow gym members?? One of the best things about CrossFit is the community. Let's make this an annual event.

That video looks fun - so is a sandpit next on your wish list Robin and Aaron?! Can't imagine the damage that would be done to those new barbells if we tried this in McDonald Street back alley...ouch...but let me guess - you've considered it :-)
