I'm sorry I will miss seeing Mr Park at the park tomorrow morning. We have horse club clean up day out at the farm - looking forward to a stiff back and sunburn so not all that different from a CFR WOD ;)

We're going to play a game that I wanted to call "Happy Fun Ball" but my students re-named "Tortureball". Meh.

To bad I can't make it this morning Paul, it sounds like fun.

Those sprints sound amazing. I would love to time myself one day.

YAY I'm so excited for "happy fun ball"!! I have been bugging Paul to do this WOD forever!

What a beautiful day for our first park WOD!

The runners around the Leg will be like WTF are those people doing!?!

That was a great way to start a sunny and warm Saturday. It made sprinting not boring as hell.

Good pick Mr. Park

That was full of awesomeness! Thanks Paul!

Paul,Aaron,Tyler 4
vs.
MikeS,Kurt,Franz 1

Robin,Amy,Braxton 4
vs.
KarenN,LisaB,Gisele 3

Kelly,Celeste 1
vs.
Leya,Jade 1

Then for "fun", the winners "got" to do one length of the field of traveling burpees, and the 2nd place teams "got" to do two lengths, tied teams had to do 1.5 lengths, I mean "got" to.

Happy Fun Ball totally gets the "thumbs up"! Good times!

I think we decided that we had only scored 3 times. You know it's a rough game when you can't keep score even when scores are low.

Good job Team "PAT" (Paul, Aaron, Tyler), bringing the total Happy Fun Ball domination.

Hmmm. Maybe Team "TAP" sounds more intimidating? "Guess what?!You suckas just got TAPped!"

Or Team APT? As in "We are APT to lay a whuppin' on your candya$$es?"

I know no one except Robin and me reads the blog on the weekend so I can talk all the trash I want. Plus, it will be months before we play it again. : )

HAHA, Tyler, we were team BRA (Braxton, Robin, Amy). Yeah, they got BRAed by us. lol.

Apparently Paul is trying to start a Happy Fun Ball league. I'm so totally in.

Thanks Aaron, that was good. I had forgotten about that skit.

Side effects of Happy Fun Ball include "itching, vertigo, dizziness, tingling in extremities, loss of balance or co-ordination, slurred speech, temporary blindness, profuse sweating, and heart palpitations."

Sounds like Fran.

What a fun workout!!! Let's play it again on a Saturday sometime very soon!

It helped that I had awesome teammates . . . Robin and Braxton are a blast to play with :).
