I signed up for 9am. Mark, if you're coming at 9, you're doing the effing Painstorm. They don't get any more accessible, especially if negative HSPUs count. There are plenty of spots left.
Being able to say "I did a Painstorm" is a pretty cool feeling.

Sorry, I just late cancelled for the park workout - doing 2 crossfit workouts back-2-back yesterday then doing manual outdoor labour for 6 hrs after wasn't the greatest idea... lol... my arms are jello... have fun guys!
