Accidentally did 5 rounds but Aaron was in the office most of the time and only witnessed 2. He said I could get credit for 5 rounds for 5 low payments of $22 each.

Sounds like it was a good idea to prescribe some hero wods mid-week. We've usually saved them for Saturday mornings. I hope to make this one up some time, I had just done 4 in a row and so needed a rest day.

I love having hero wods during the week. It's a huge stress reliever and it leaves you feeling just fantastic.

Death felt imminent. To those of you who haven't already felt the agony of coming back to CrossFit after a long time off, do yourself a favor and make no excuses for not working out. It comes back, but damn is it nasty climb. What's worse is realizing what kind of shape you'd be in had you not slacked off. In other words, do as I say, not as I do.
PS. Hope everyone's summer is kicking ass.
